Returns & Exchanges
Given that all our products are made to order and personalized according to the customer's specifications, returns and exchanges are not possible.
Exceptions: In the event that the product arrives damaged, with a manufacturing error or different from the one ordered (e.g. incorrect text or color), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, with attached photos of the product. In such a case, we offer a replacement or refund, depending on the agreement.
